Zazza pays attention to shipping processes. So she does her best that your package gets delivered to you as a short time as possible. Normally, you will receive your order in 7-45 business days from the order date.

PAYMENT CONFIRMATION
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified.
Once the payment is verified, the order cannot cancel or change within this sort of time. However, we will do our best to support your request.
PROCESSING
It normally takes 3-7 business days to process your order. Please note that holidays & weekends are not included.
SHIPPING
Shipment takes approximately 7 to 45 business days to reach destination countries.
Once your order is shipped out, an email notification with an International e-packet tracking number will be sent to you.

SHIPPING DELAYS
Shipping time is estimated and commences from shipping rather than the date of order and can take longer than the expected date due to an invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other causes.
Usually, it takes about 30-90 days in some countries; We do offer compensation if the shipping beyond the timeframe as stated on shipping policy
Please submit a ticket within six months of shipment. If the package does not arrive in time, our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted. Appreciate your kind understanding.
You may return all products within 14 days(from the date you receive the items) of delivery for an exchange.
If 14 days have gone by since the delivery date, unfortunately, we can't offer you an exchange.
If you want to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
For the returned item(s), we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund after checking your return tracking number or receipt and the reason for refunding.
Please do not make returns directly to the address on the package received. Only send to the address that our customer service provided.
Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Swimsuit, lingerie, bodysuits, underwear, undershirts, swimwear, socks, jewelry, mask, and accessories.
We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
Only regular priced items may be replaced. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be.
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time of your item that which exchange can vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Policy
We only accept to do refunds if an item is broken, defective, does not match the description of color, or the whole model is totally different, or never arrived, and only if the complaint is made within 14 days of the date of delivery to your address.
If 14 days have gone by since the delivery date, unfortunately, we can't offer you an exchange.
There are certain situations where refunds are not granted:
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that has complained more than 14 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days, up to 15 days.
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this, and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@zazza.co
The original shipping fee, if it exists, and insurance are non-refundable.
We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost unless Zazza makes a mistake.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'd receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will find out about your return.
